2007
The 2007 Canada booth was staffed by Caroline Cronshaw. The activity was making a traditional Canadian dessert of shaved ice and maple syrup. Participants could also sample Canadian cookies, and look at promotional materials.
2008
The 2008 Canada booth was staffed by Caroline Cronshaw and Alex Naninani. Their activities were "Apple Bobbing" and Jenga. Apples proved too expensive, so strawberries were substituded. On the day however, conditions proved unfavorable to bobbing (wind kept blowing debris into the water), and an alternative activity - Jenga - was implimented.
